Facade Estimation Engineer (Estimator)

Key Responsibilities:

• Study architectural and technical drawings to identify scope of work for aluminum doors, windows, curtain wall, and glass partitions.
• Prepare cost estimates covering materials, fabrication, accessories, glass specifications, and installation.
• Request and evaluate quotes from aluminum profile suppliers, hardware vendors, and glass manufacturers.
• Generate detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns for tender submissions.
• Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of estimates.
• Provide value engineering options to optimize design and reduce costs where applicable.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for submission to clients and consultants.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, product developments, and supplier offerings.
• Support site or project teams during pre- and post-award phases when needed.
