Job Description - Facade Estimator Engineer – Dubai UAE

We are looking for a Facade Estimator Engineer with experience in aluminum, glass, curtain wall, and cladding systems. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, reviewing architectural and structural drawings, and coordinating with suppliers for pricing. Must have strong knowledge of façade materials, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation. UAE experience preferred and immediate joiners are an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-off for aluminum, glass, cladding, and curtain wall systems.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, and tender pricing.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to determine project scope.
• Coordinate with suppliers for updated material prices and technical data.
• Prepare quotation, cost breakdown, and tender documents.
• Assist project and design teams with technical clarifications and material selections.
• Support value engineering by proposing cost-effective alternatives.
