About the Role:

This role is about making sure we purchase the right materials for our aluminum façade projects on time and at the best possible prices, while ensuring everything meets the required specifications and project needs.

Job Description

• Handle purchase requests and orders for aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, sealants, gaskets, fasteners, and other façade materials.
• Find the best suppliers and get competitive prices while keeping quality in mind.
• Keep organized records of all purchases, prices, suppliers, and deliveries.
• Update cost sheets for each project and prepare simple monthly reports showing savings and cost differences.
• Keep track of project material costs and highlight any differences from the approved budget.
• Work closely with the Design, Planning, Factory, and Store teams to confirm material details and delivery needs.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time and handle any issues such as shortages or wrong deliveries.
• Look for new suppliers and negotiate better prices, terms, and services.
• Make sure all materials meet the project specifications and company quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Maximum 5 years of experience in an Aluminum & Glass or Façade company.
• Experience buying aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, and related materials.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of aluminum façade materials like curtain walls, cladding, glass, and hardware.
• Ability to read basic drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and contracts.
• Familiarity with local and international suppliers for façade materials.
