FACADE PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a Facade Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the delivery of complex façade projects from design through installation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of façade systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full façade project lifecycle — from concept, design, and engineering to procurement, fabrication, and installation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and technical compliance.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Review technical drawings, materials, and shop drawings for approval.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor installation progress and safety compliance.
• Prepare regular progress and financial reports for management and clients.
