Facade Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Facade Project Manager to oversee façade and cladding projects from design coordination through installation and project completion. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and site execution while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage façade and cladding projects from award to handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and suppliers
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets
• Oversee procurement, fabrication, and installation activities
• Conduct site meetings and monitor project progress
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions
• Manage subcontractors and installation teams
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Resolve technical and commercial issues during project execution
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in façade/cladding project management
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, aluminum systems, glazing, and façade installation
• Experience managing high-rise or commercial façade projects preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of local construction and safety regulations
• PMP certification is an advantage

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
