Job Title: Facade Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Facade Site Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team and work closely under the Project Manager. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising facade works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise facade installation works including curtain wall, aluminum, and glazing systems

* Coordinate daily site activities with foremen, workers, and subcontractors

* Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications

* Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and execution

* Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance

* Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain site records

* Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, and other trades

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in facade works

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

* Strong knowledge of aluminum, glass, and curtain wall systems

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Good communication and coordination skills

* UAE project experience is preferred
