We are looking for a highly analytical, creative, and performance-driven Facebook Ads Manager with deep experience running Meta Ads across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network. The ideal candidate should understand full-funnel ad strategy, creative direction, audience segmentation, pixel/data tracking, and scaling campaigns profitably across eCommerce brands.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to turn creative + data into revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution
- Build and manage Meta ad campaigns (TOF/MOF/BOF)
- Create strategies aligned with product type, audience, and expected ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, placements, and targeting
- Manage daily budgets, scaling strategies, and bid optimizations
Audience Targeting & Segmentation
- Setup and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting flows
- Analyze audience insights, behaviors, and demographics
- Utilize pixel data and conversion API for better attribution and targeting
Creative Direction & Collaboration
- Work with graphics/video team to create scroll-stopping ad creatives
- Suggest hooks, angles, messaging, and formats based on data
- Build and refresh ad creatives regularly for performance stability
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Install and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking
- Monitor KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Conduct competitor ad analysis using Meta Ad Library
Optimization & Scaling
- Identify winning audiences, creatives, and placements
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROAS
- Decrease CPA and efficiently allocate budgets
- Manage full ad funnels from cold traffic to retention
Requirements
- 2–4+ years experience running Facebook/Instagram ads, especially for eCommerce
- Proven track record of managing $5,000–$50,000+ monthly budgets
- Strong understanding of:
- Campaign structures
- Creative variations & testing frameworks
- Audience segmentation
- Attribution models
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager
- Experience with Shopify + pixel integration (must)
- Knowledge of landing pages & funnel optimization
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multiple verticals: supplements, beauty, fashion, home, etc.
- Familiarity with tools like TripleWhale, Hyros, or Google Analytics
- Ability to direct creative briefs & storytelling angles
- Knowledge of retargeting & abandoned cart strategies
- Understanding of email flows & how they tie into ad funnels
