Facebook Ads Specialist & Creative Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facebook Ad Specialist, located in Karachi. The Facebook Ad Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include developing ad strategies, conducting audience targeting research, creating compelling ad copy and visuals, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and related tools
• Experience in developing ad strategies and conducting audience targeting research
• Strong skills in creating ad copy and visuals
• Ability to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Experience in digital marketing or social media advertising is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
