Job Summary
A Facebook Marketplace Specialist manages product listings, optimizes them for visibility, handles customer communication (inquiries, disputes), ensures policy compliance, and tracks sales performance, often involving creating compelling content, analyzing data, and coordinating logistics to drive e-commerce sales on the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Listing Management: Create, edit, and optimize product listings with high-quality images, engaging descriptions, and accurate details to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Customer Engagement: Promptly respond to buyer questions, negotiate sales, resolve issues, and handle customer service inquiries professionally.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze listing performance, track key metrics, and implement strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and sales growth.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate with inventory teams and logistics for order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Policy Compliance: Stay updated on Facebook Marketplace guidelines and policies, ensuring all activities and listings adhere to them.
  • Marketing & Strategy: Develop promotional strategies, collaborate with marketing teams, and stay current with e-commerce trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
