The Role

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & TikTok Ads Management Specialist to take full ownership of our paid social advertising campaigns. This role is critical for driving customer acquisition, increasing brand awareness, and achieving our ambitious revenue targets across these high-growth platforms.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our campaigns, from strategic planning and creative testing to detailed analysis and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok to meet specific KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, LTV).
  • Campaign Management: Manage all aspects of campaign setup, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, budgeting, and ad placement across both platforms.
  • Creative Testing: Work closely with our creative team (or create your own briefs) to rigorously test ad creatives (videos, images, ad copy) and identify high-performing assets.
  • Budget Management: Monitor, allocate, and optimize advertising budgets daily and weekly to ensure efficient spending and maximum return on investment.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, interpreting key metrics, and providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Platform Expertise: Stay current with the latest platform changes, algorithm updates, advertising features (e.g., Advantage+ Shopping, TikTok Shopping Ads), and best practices.
  • Technical Setup: Ensure proper implementation and troubleshooting of tracking mechanisms, including the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Conversion APIs.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager).
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding challenging performance marketing KPIs (e.g., demonstrating a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)).
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, A/B testing methodologies, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex data and strategies simply.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with other paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat).
  • Familiarity with creative tools or briefing processes for video ad production.
  • Experience managing campaigns for [mention your industry, e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, Lead Generation].

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract, Fresher

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
