Job Summary:
Responsible for successful implementation of new and renewing group business for Moda. Act as a general resource for implementation questions, configuration, and documentation for small to mid-size group structures, fully insured premiums, agent commission arrangements, Enterprise Benefit Tracker, Employer Online Services setup, new group enrollment and ID card issuance. This is a FT hybrid role based in Portland, Oregon.

Office environment with extensive close PC and keyboard work, constant sitting, and phone work. Must be able to navigate multiple screens. Work in excess of 37.5 hours per week, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet business need.
Internally with Sales & Service, Membership Accounting, Underwriting, Contracts, Accounting, Pharmacy, Claims and Customer Service.
