We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who radiates warmth, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. You'll be the go-to guide for guests navigating services and memberships, and you’ll juggle tasks with grace and positivity.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients with genuine warmth and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Educate guests on services and membership perks
• Manage bookings, answer calls, and respond to inquiries with professionalism
• Maintain a pristine front-of-house and retail area
• Collaborate with estheticians and support team flow throughout the day
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
• Multitask like a pro while keeping the vibe calm and positive

Who You Are

• Energetic, polished, and passionate about people and skincare
• An excellent communicator who loves helping others
• Quick-thinking and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
• Comfortable in a tech-savvy environment
• Strongly desired: experience with Mindbody Online
• Previous reception or hospitality experience is a plus
