Overview
Dr. Marcos Cosmetic Surgery, a rapidly growing and well-established cosmetic surgery center in Houston, Texas, is seeking a highly skilled Facial Plastic Surgeon to join our surgical team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated surgeon to work in a high-volume cosmetic practice with an on-site surgical center, in-office anesthesia, and a strong support system.
We are expanding and looking for a surgeon who is passionate about facial aesthetics, patient care, and long-term career development.
Position Highlights
- Work in a fully equipped, on-site ambulatory surgical center
- On-site anesthesia team (office-based anesthesia)
- Dedicated pre-op, OR, and post-op nursing support
- Full administrative, marketing, and patient-coordination team

Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of facial plastic surgery procedures, including but not limited to:
- Rhinoplasty
- Facelifts and neck lifts
- Blepharoplasty
- Brow lifts
- Facial fat transfer
- Chin and jawline procedures
- Facial implants
- Conduct patient consultations, evaluations, and follow-up visits
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and care
- Collaborate with surgical center staff and anesthesia team
- Participate in marketing, promotions, and practice-building initiatives
- Manage and grow your own patient base within the practice
Preferred Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in:
- Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS)
- Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery (ENT)
- Plastic Surgery or Cosmetic Surgery
- Experience in cosmetic facial procedures (both surgical and non-surgical)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and surgical excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced cosmetic surgery environment
