We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dermalogica-Specialized Facial Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, dedicated to exceptional client care, and fully proficient in advanced Dermalogica treatments as well as machine-based facial technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of Dermalogica facial treatments, including face mapping, advanced skin analysis, and personalised treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client skin concerns and recommend suitable products and services.
• Perform machine-based facial treatments, including Hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare technologies.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and professional practice at all times.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and Dermalogica product usage.
• Maintain treatment room organisation and product stock levels.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, Dermalogica innovations, and advanced skincare techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Facial Therapist within the UAE (mandatory).
• Certified in Dermalogica with proven hands-on experience using professional Dermalogica systems and protocols.
• Proficient in using aesthetic machines, including Hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, and other machine-based facial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and professional treatment procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, client-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hair-related experience (such as hair treatment) is a strong advantage.
