Facial Therapist (With UAE Experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Facial Therapist with proven UAE experience to join our dynamic team at a premium beauty and wellness center. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in advanced facial treatments, skincare analysis, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of facial treatments including deep cleansing, hydrating, anti-aging, and customized skincare services.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and home care products.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment area.
• Keep accurate client records, including treatment history and skincare progress.
• Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, technologies, and products.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business through personalized care.
• Promote salon services and retail products professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as a Facial Therapist within the UAE.
• Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Skincare, or Aesthetics.
• In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and modern facial techniques.
• Experience with machines and treatments such as HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, etc. (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client care skills.
• Presentable, professional, and passionate about skincare and wellness.
• Valid UAE residency and employment eligibility.
