Position Overview
We are seeking an engaging and skilled Facilitator to lead and coordinate job readiness and program-related workshops for our participants. You will create and deliver dynamic training sessions, both in-person and virtual, that empower job seekers to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate in-person and virtual job readiness and other program-related workshops for customers, clients and participants
Participate in off-site program orientations as needed
Manage workshop sign-up and sign-in process
Track workshop attendance
Create monthly workshop calendar
Coordinate workshops with program and community partners as needed
Recommend workshop content, including improvements
Participate in workshop content development as needed
Work with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related workshops
Facilitate assigned staff training
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Demonstrated ability to train and instruct in a group setting
Must have experience using videoconferencing systems (i.e. Webex, Zoom, etc.)
Strong computer skills
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Bilingual a plus
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Frequent Travel
