Facilitator (female only)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Teacher for our Evening Activity Center at Learning Roots.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of teaching experience (pre-primary or primary level preferred).
• Ability to handle a batch of 10–15 students confidently.
• Should be able to conduct both academic sessions and fun learning activities (e.g., art & craft, storytelling, rhymes, games).
• Passionate about working with children and ensuring a nurturing and engaging environment.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Punctual, energetic, and creative in planning sessions.
• Preferred candidates: Female, fluent in English and Hindi.
• Experience in managing kids of Activity Center, Tuition batch, or Summer Camp.
• Skills in dance, craft, drawing, storytelling, motor skills, etc.
• Local candidates or those with easy commute to the center.

Job Type:

• Part-time (Evening Shift)
• Timings: Should be available in the evenings 4:45 pm to 8:15 pm Monday to Saturday.
• Attractive salary based on experience/performance.
