Job Title: Class Teacher / Facilitator (English Strong)

Department: Academics / School Program
Location: Lyari, Karachi (Preference)
Reporting To: Academic Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and English-strong Class Teacher / Facilitator who can manage classroom learning effectively, engage students actively, and create a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate should be lively, confident, and passionate about teaching and child engagement.

Fresh graduates with strong communication and teaching interest are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Teaching:

• Deliver engaging lessons to assigned class/grade
• Use interactive and student-centered teaching methods
• Ensure clarity in English communication during instruction
• Maintain classroom discipline in a positive manner

Learning Support:

• Prepare basic lesson plans and class activities
• Support students in reading, writing, and comprehension skills
• Encourage participation and confidence building in students

Student Engagement:

• Create a lively and motivating classroom environment
• Encourage group activities, discussions, and presentations
• Identify student learning needs and support accordingly

Coordination & Reporting:

• Maintain attendance and basic class records
• Coordinate with academic team for student progress
• Share feedback on student performance and behavior

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Education / English / Social Sciences preferred)
• Fresh graduates can apply (teaching interest mandatory)

Required Skills:

• Strong spoken & written English (very important)
• Energetic, lively, and confident personality
• Good communication with children
• Classroom management ability
• Passion for teaching and learning

Preference:

• Candidates living in Lyari or nearby areas will be preferred
• Familiarity with local context and student environment is a plus
