The Diocese of Guildford is looking for a dynamic and proactive Facilities Administrator to ensure the smooth and professional operation of our building. This role is vital in ensuring our office and reception services run seamlessly , and our team has the space and resources they need to do their best work.
- Responsible for locking the building at 17 :30 daily
- Ensure all visitors and callers are warmly welcomed and presented with a professional image of CHG
- Coordinate meeting room bookings , AV set up , and hospitality arrangements
- Responsibility for providing, allocating and maintaining all office equipment
- Ma nage office supplies and negotiate best-value contracts with suppliers
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers , Cathedral staff and visitors to ensure smooth operations
- Lead on the desk booking system and promote ergonomic workplace standards
- Provide administrative support to the Mission Team including calendar management and
arranging meetings , coordinating revie ws, and assis ting with communications.
