Facilities and Logistics Manager

Position Summary

The Building Manager is responsible for the day-to-day stewardship, safety, and operational excellence of PreBorn!’s facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment that supports our mission to glorify Jesus Christ by saving lives and souls. This role provides onsite accountability, oversees vendors, maintains compliance, supports ministry events and training activities, and coordinates facilities-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Operations & Maintenance
  • Building and Facilities Vendor & Contractor Management
  • Facilities Safety & Compliance
  • Space Planning & Facility Upgrade Support
  • Event & Operational Support
  • Logistic and supply coorditation.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of building or facilities management experience
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and maintenance schedules
  • Knowledge of OSHA and building safety standards preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Able to read building manuals and basic blueprints
