Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Executive
Job Summary:
The Facilities and Maintenance Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance operations, ensuring that all buildings and facilities are in good condition and functioning efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify any maintenance needs
- Coordinate and manage all maintenance work, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades
- Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Manage maintenance staff and contractors, assigning tasks and ensuring that work is completed to a high standard
- Oversee the procurement of maintenance equipment and supplies
- Monitor the performance of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, housekeeping and security, and take action to address any issues
- Ensure that all maintenance work complies with relevant health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and related expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
- Proven experience working as a Maintenance Officer or similar role in a real estate construction company
- Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
