Facilities Architectural Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Facilities Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and planning of various facilities, ensuring that projects meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. This role will require some travel to out of state client locations.

Duties

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs for facilities, including renovations and new constructions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into actionable design plans.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp for drafting detailed architectural plans.
• Engage in business development activities to foster new client relationships and expand project opportunities.
• Coordinate with interior design teams to create cohesive spaces that align with client needs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in facilities design architecture with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, and Rhinoceros 3D.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail combined with creative problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
