POSITION OVERVIEW
The Facilities Associate reports to the Facilities Supervisor and is primarily responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the facility as well as providing minor repairs and improvements to the facility and grounds.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
The primary responsibilities and duties of this position are:
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchen areas, offices, cubicles and warehouse daily
- Remove trash and recycle on a regular basis
- Assist supervisor with the maintenance requests from the company
- Assist supervisor with minor repairs and painting
- Assist in maintenance of grounds
- Exchange light fixtures and bulbs
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to stand/walk for entire shift, except during breaks and lunch
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs with no restrictions
- Ability to work an early shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour

Schedule:
