We’re looking to add a Facilities Cleaning Specialist to our team.

Position Summary

The Facilities Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining a professional, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff. This role spans multiple facilities, requiring a dedicated professional who can manage a staggered schedule and travel daily between our Flagship Trailer Dealership, Powersports, RV, and Equipment locations in Loudon, NH.

The primary focus of this role is our Trailer Dealership to ensure that high-traffic showrooms and service areas remain in pristine condition.

Responsibilities

  • Showroom Maintenance: Clean and polish showroom floors, glass entrance doors, and display areas to maintain a premium brand image.
  • Office & Workspace Upkeep: Dust, vacuum, and sanitize desks in conference rooms and common areas.
  • Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and restock all restrooms and break-rooms on a daily basis.
  • Waste Management: Empty all trash and recycling bins across sales floors, offices, and service bays.
  • Multi-Site Travel: Efficiently commute between the Epsom and Loudon locations as part of the daily shift rotation.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
  • Exterior Presentation: Perform light upkeep of entrance areas, including clearing debris from walkways and cleaning outdoor signage/glass as needed.

Qualifications

  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for daily travel between store locations.
  • Reliability: High level of punctuality and the ability to adhere to a staggered schedule.
  • Attention to Detail: A high standard for cleanliness; ability to identify and address maintenance needs before they are pointed out.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
  • Independence: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and follow a priority list.
  • Communication Skills: Must have the ability to clearly communicate with your fellow associates and managers.

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday 1230p-9pm. 30-minute lunch each day. Subject to change to best meet the needs at every location.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
