Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our Facilities Management team at our Al Ruwais site. The successful candidate will support day-to-day facility operations, coordinate with service providers, and ensure smooth execution of FM activities in line with company standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily FM operations including hard and soft services

Act as the primary site point of contact for facility-related issues

Coordinate with subcontractors and service providers to ensure timely service delivery

Monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, and service requests

Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and statutory regulations

Support audits, inspections, and site reports

Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation

Assist the Facility Manager in operational planning and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field

2–5 years of experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry

Prior experience in site-based FM operations (industrial or remote locations preferred)

Knowledge of hard and soft FM services

Familiarity with CAFM systems is an advantage

Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Additional Requirements

Ability to work independently in a remote/industrial location

Good interpersonal and client-handling skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Immediate availability preferred
