Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility operations, maintenance schedules, and service requests
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and report issues
• Track work orders, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation
• Support preventive maintenance planning and execution
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are followed
• Assist in budgeting, procurement, and inventory tracking for facility supplies
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, or maintenance
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with CAFM systems or maintenance tracking tools is a plus
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations in facilities management
