Facilities Data Coordinator

The Facilities Data Coordinator supports the Facilities team by managing data in the Advanced Maintenance Management System (AMMS), generating and distributing work orders, and maintaining vendor records across multiple distribution centers. This role helps keep operations organized, efficient, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data in AMMS
• Generate and distribute scheduled maintenance work orders
• Track vendor information for five distribution centers
• Support reporting and documentation needs
• Uphold confidentiality and assist with additional tasks as assigned

Skills

• Strong data entry accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–2 years in facilities coordination, admin support, customer service, or vendor coordination (preferred)
• AMMS experience a plus
