With already more than 250 Employees, Técnicas Reunidas has set a permanent Operations Office in Istanbul from which it will not only develop engineering activities for projects inside Turkey but also for projects worldwide in collaboration with main headquarters in Madrid (Spain). In fact, in the first 5 months since Técnicas Reunidas İstanbul started, Engineering Activities have been developed from referred office for more than 40 different projects and proposals worldwide from 20 different countries, which stands as remarkable sign of work and workload stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare proper 2D Layout from initial sketches according to each discipline (F&G, HVAC, TELECOM) in AutoCAD/Bricscad, using MicroStation is also preferred
• Prepare proper 3D Layout from initial 2D Layout in REVIT, using SP3D is also preferred
• Collaborate directly with engineers’ demanded design in large-scale industrial facilities
• Utilize advanced design and modeling knowledge in industry standards
• Identify potential discrepancies in layout across disciplines and redesign to enhance functionality with no clash between disciplines
• Ensure that final prepared layouts comply with all relevant regulations and quality standards provided by engineers
• Develop title blocks and line types, line weights to improve work procedures
• Demonstrate familiarity with all those 2D & 3D software
• Ability to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in large-scale industrial facilities
• Proficient in use of REVIT (HVAC, FG, TELECOM), using SP3D is also preferred
• Proficient in use of AutoCAD/BricsCAD, using MicroStation is also preferred
• Knowledge of MEP facilities engineering, including HVAC, TELECOM, and F&G (Fire & Gas) systems
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of AVEA/PMDS/E3D software is a plus
