Job Summary:
Country Lakes Party Center is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities & Grounds Associate to help maintain our venue at the highest standard. This role is essential to ensuring our property remains clean, safe, and visually appealing for guests, events, and staff. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

Grounds & Landscape Care

• Operate equipment such as riding mowers to maintain lawns and green spaces
• Plant, maintain, and care for flowers, shrubs, and landscaped areas
• Trim bushes, pull weeds, and prune as needed
• Keep walkways clean and free of debris
• Remove hazardous tree limbs and maintain safe outdoor conditions
• Perform seasonal tasks including raking, mulching, watering, and fertilizing

Facility Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds
• Perform basic repairs and upkeep of fixtures and equipment
• Complete painting and touch-ups to maintain appearance
• Ensure restrooms and common areas are clean, stocked, and well-maintained

Event & Venue Support

• Prepare banquet halls and event spaces for scheduled functions
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment

Pool Maintenance

• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of pool areas
• Monitor and maintain proper chemical levels
• Ensure pool safety standards are consistently met

Waste & Property Care

• Collect and dispose of trash and debris throughout the property
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the grounds

Qualifications

Experience:

• At least 1 year of maintenance or facilities experience preferred

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekend availability as needed
• Location: In person (Country Lakes Party Center)

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
