General Summary: Plant housekeeping other than office areas.

Essential Functions:

• Uses automated machinery such as rider scrubbers, walk behind scrubbers, pressure washers and rider sweepers for plant cleaning.
• Sweeps and mops plant floors.
• Completes checklists and PM work orders to document areas serviced.
• Trash removal.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Perform Biohazard Neutralization procedures as needed.
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and walk paths.

Marginal Functions:

1) Assists with special assignments during plant shutdown periods.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Able to lift 80 pounds.
• Able to walk and or stand continuously.
• Able to occasionally climb, twist, bend and squat.
• Able to work proficiently with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions:

• Work requires exposure to plant conditions daily, which include high heat, noise, fumes and cleaning chemicals.
• Work requires occasional exposure to weather (rain, snow, ice).
• Work requires occasional exposure to heights and confined spaces.
