Goss Dodge Chrysler RAM is looking for a reliable, hands-on Facilities Maintenance & Custodial Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for our customers and employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in maintaining a facility, and is comfortable performing a variety of indoor and outdoor tasks throughout the year.

You will play an important role in supporting daily operations across the dealership, including custodial work, light maintenance, groundskeeping, and winter snow removal.

What You'll Do

• Perform daily custodial duties throughout dealership buildings and grounds
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, service areas, and common spaces
• Maintain floor cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
• Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed
• Perform basic building maintenance and troubleshoot minor repair needs and/OR scheduling inspections and quotes with vendors for repairs/maintenance.
• Assist with minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance tasks and/Or scheduling regular HVAC maintenance with vendors.
• Maintain the exterior grounds, including general upkeep and cleanliness
• Perform snow and ice removal, including snow plowing, shoveling, and salting during winter months
• Set up and break down furniture or equipment for meetings and events
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and safe use of cleaning chemicals and materials
• Transport dealership vehicles as needed
• Support other facility or operational tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in custodial, maintenance, facilities, or groundskeeping work preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• A dependable individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe workplace
• Comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to bend, climb, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and maintenance equipment
• Willingness to work outdoors and assist with snow removal and plowing during winter months
• Ability to work in a busy dealership environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
• Occasional weekends as needed
