Job Summary:

The Facilities Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of facilities maintenance and repair operations across multiple casual dining brand locations. This role leads a team of technicians and external vendors, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions that support uninterrupted restaurant operations. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

You will supervise and lead a team of in-house technicians responsible for maintenance, repair, and facility upkeep across all casual dining restaurant locations. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general equipment maintenance, while prioritizing service requests to minimize disruption. You’ll design and manage preventive maintenance programs, partner with brand leaders to address facility needs, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and safe solutions. Additionally, you’ll track facility-related costs and KPIs, ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations, and assist with remodels, openings, and emergency facility needs.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• 4+ years of experience in facilities management, ideally in a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality environment
• 2+ years of supervisory experience managing field technicians or contractors
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to travel locally and regionally to site locations as needed
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and vendor negotiation skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using work order systems and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED required; trade certifications or facilities management credentials are a plus
