Join a growing team that keeps our warehouse operations moving. In this role, you will perform routine and complex maintenance across facilities and equipment, support material handling systems, and help sustain a safe, well-organized warehouse environment.

Execute preventive maintenance on building systems and production assets using documented procedures.

Help create new preventive maintenance procedures where gaps exist.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs for all PM activities.

Manage and organize spare parts and consumables to ensure PM materials are in stock and easy to locate.

Diagnose issues on equipment and facility systems, collaborating with the Maintenance Lead when escalation is needed.

Assess whether to repair, replace, or bring in additional resources and communicate the plan and timing promptly.

Carry out repairs within your capabilities and skillset.

Own work orders from start to finish, including root cause analysis, corrective actions to reduce future downtime, and regular status updates to stakeholders.

Coordinate onsite contractor activities to ensure safe, high-quality work.

Partner with the Maintenance Lead and Purchasing to source and procure required parts and services.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to equipment reliability and supporting processes.

Support improvement events such as Rapid Improvement Events RIEs, 5S, and similar initiatives from a maintenance perspective.

Champion a continuous improvement mindset by proposing and implementing ideas that elevate the maintenance function.

Assist with material handling equipment upkeep to ensure smooth warehouse flow.

At least 2 years of facilities maintenance experience covering troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, electrical repair, general maintenance, and facility repair knowledge.

Maintenance related or electrical certification or training preferred.

Background working on CNC machinery is a plus.

Experience with autoclaves and gas or electric ovens preferred.

Technical aptitude, strong mechanical skills, proven troubleshooting ability, and clear communication.

Capable of manual labor, able to occasionally lift up to 70 pounds, and comfortable working in varied conditions.
