Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a full-time, hourly role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and overall upkeep of a large life science campus. The Maintenance Technician II performs a wide range of skilled tasks, including troubleshooting, installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance of building systems and equipment.

Working in alignment with safety standards and preventive and predictive maintenance programs, this role helps ensure efficient operations and supports the site’s overall business objectives.
