Facilities Maintenance Technician

We’re seeking an experienced individual for a Maintenance Technician to help service a complex of single family homes in Baton Rouge, LA.

General Job Duties
Accurately and efficiently complete tenant work orders.
General maintenance duties of buildings and property.
Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
General HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair.
Must be able to install and repair appliances.
Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair.
Maintain cleanliness on the premises.

Maintain all yards, common areas, mow lawns, blow/remove leaves. General lawn/property upkeep.

Basic knowledge of:

• General repairs/maintenance work
• Appliance Repair
• General plumbing and electrical
• HVAC repair (replacing fixtures, installing parts)* Certification Required

Availability to respond to emergency "on call" repairs

Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
Valid Driver's License (Required)
