As a key Maintenance Technician/Helper, you will work alongside Senior Technicians to:

Troubleshoot & Fix: Address mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues for client equipment.

Facility Maintenance: Handle general plumbing, carpentry, and building repairs to keep sites running smoothly.

Preventative Care: Perform routine inspections to maximize equipment life and identify safety risks before they happen.

Emergency Response: Take part in a rotating on-call schedule to assist clients with urgent repair needs.

Precision Service: Use hand tools, power tools, and electric meters to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently.

Experience: At least 1 year of maintenance or construction experience.

Mobility: A valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and personal vehicle insurance are required.

Physical Stamina: This is an active, "hands-on" role. You must be able to lift 35+ lbs. and spend the day standing, kneeling, or climbing.

Professionalism: High school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and a "results-driven" mindset.
We maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. You will be exposed to indoor/outdoor settings and moving mechanical parts; strict adherence to safety regulations is a must.
