Facilities Management - Maintenance Technician II

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Technical College, Correspondence or Seminar Courses preferred.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in building maintenance and equipment repair experience is preferred.
  • Must possess the ability to be trained in one or more allied building trades (i.e. HVAC, industrial electricity, communications, carpentry, etc.)
  • Must be able to efficiently maintain the hospital's systems, structures, and equipment.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds unassisted.
  • Must be able to safely operate and perform routine maintenance on Rotoclave equipment.
  • Various shifts are required. Applicant must be flexible.
