Facilities Management Officer

main job details

Monitor ongoing FM projects (Civil, MEP, fit-out, infrastructure works).
Track project progress against timelines and report deviations.
Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Assist in troubleshooting building systems issues when required.
Supervise contractors on-site to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support budget tracking related to FM activities.
Document incidents and corrective actions.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering background (preferred).

Skills

- Basic understanding of MEP systems and building infrastructure. - Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems. - Good knowledge of HSE standards. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong communication and coordination skills.

Experience

From 1 to 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, maintenance supervision, or building operations.
