Facilities Management Officer

main job details

  • Monitor ongoing FM projects (Civil, MEP, fit-out, infrastructure works).
  • Track project progress against timelines and report deviations.
  • Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in troubleshooting building systems issues when required.
  • Supervise contractors on-site to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Support budget tracking related to FM activities.
  • Document incidents and corrective actions.

Requirements

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering background (preferred).
Skills
- Basic understanding of MEP systems and building infrastructure. - Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems. - Good knowledge of HSE standards. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience
From 1 to 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, maintenance supervision, or building operations.
