Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Facilities’ Operations Manager, the Facilities Management Services Coordinator assists in providing daily coordination of staff and work orders of the Facilities Management Services Department. Monitors Facilities Departmental compliance with regulatory agency standards and has knowledge and understanding of TJC standards. Responds to departmental needs and quality assurance issues. Provides support to Safety Officer and the Emergency Management Coordinator. Coordinates and manages special projects as requested such as new construction, renovations, etc. Prepares daily productivity and other department reporting. Supports all clerical and reception functions for the department.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Years of experience can be substituted on a one to one basis.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum one year of working experience in fast paced administrative setting; experience with facility operations preferred.

None.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Strong organizational skills. Must be a self-starter. Proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Office required. Knowledge and understanding of TJC standards, especially LS, EC, and EM. Must have excellent communication and writing skills. Typing minimum 45 wpm.
