Facilities Management Team Leader

Riayah Facilities Management is expanding its operations and is seeking a highly competent and results-driven Facilities Management Team Leader to oversee and elevate our site operations.

This role is ideal for a strong leader who can drive performance, enforce standards, and ensure operational excellence across multiple locations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum proven experience in Facilities Management or Maintenance Supervision
• Strong leadership and workforce management skills
• Sound knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and site coordination
• Ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines efficiently
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily facilities and maintenance operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements
• Monitor team performance and enforce discipline and accountability
• Conduct routine inspections and submit professional reports
• Coordinate effectively with management and clients
