Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Facilities Management Vendor Relations Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for 3rd party vendor in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.

Must have experience in facilities management space to be considered.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to foster collaboration and trust.
• Coordinate sourcing initiatives to identify cost-effective suppliers while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements to secure optimal terms for the organization.
• Oversee supplier performance management by monitoring KPIs related to delivery times, quality, compliance, and inventory levels.

Experience

• Facilities Management | HVAC • Electrical • Plumbing • Multi-Trade
• Demonstrated ability in sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management with a focus on cost savings and quality improvement.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build lasting vendor partnerships based on transparency and mutual benefit.
