Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).
  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily facility operations and ensure all services run efficiently.
  • Supervise and coordinate manpower, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
  • Handle client communication and provide timely reports and updates.
  • Prepare and maintain facility-related documentation and records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for facility needs.
  • Monitor budgets, inventory, and resource utilization.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement operational best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
