Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Nashville, TN
Department: Operations
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000/year (Full-time)
Schedule: Standard business hours (Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm) with flexibility as needed for projects or emergencies

We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager who can help us maintain and elevate the environments that power our business.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining, improving, and optimizing all Majestic workspaces—including offices, warehouse areas, and shared environments. This role blends daily operational coordination with long-term planning and project management. You will be the go-to leader for building maintenance, vendor coordination, and workspace improvements while ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and aligned with team needs.
This is a hands-on role: you’ll be actively engaged in repairs, inspections, and improvements while managing vendors and projects from concept to completion.
Workspace & Building Maintenance
Oversee day-to-day maintenance of all facilities, including office environments, warehouse spaces and shared workstations
Perform hands-on repairs, adjustments, and inspections (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, safety equipment, general upkeep)
Ensure all building systems are functioning properly and proactively address issues before they escalate
Maintain a structured preventative maintenance program
Collaboration & Coordination
Partner with the Office Coordinator to evaluate and address workspace needs, repair requests, and supply requirements
Communicate clearly with leadership and cross-functional teams about upcoming work, timelines, and facility priorities
Receive, triage, and manage internal requests for workspace changes
Project Management
Lead facility-related projects from planning to execution—including renovations, workspace reconfigurations, construction, equipment assembly and installations, and building improvements
Source, manage, and evaluate vendors and contractors; oversee quality and compliance
Manage project timelines, and documentation
Support expansion, layout optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives
Safety & Compliance
Maintain safe working conditions across all spaces
Oversee OSHA compliance, emergency systems, and safety procedures
Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain documentation
Required
3–5+ years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related role
Strong hands-on repair skills across multiple trades (e.g., general maintenance, carpentry, electrical basics, plumbing basics, equipment troubleshooting)
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, contractors, and timelines
Proven experience managing workspace build-outs, reconfigurations, or construction-related projects
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Ability to lift, move, and transport materials or equipment as needed
Knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical panels, security systems, etc.)
Familiarity with OSHA requirements and workplace safety practices
Experience working in a fast-paced, growing company
