Job Summary
Eco Pure Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with strong residential and commercial building experience. The candidate will oversee daily operations, manage multi-discipline maintenance teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery across all assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage facility operations for residential and commercial buildings
- Supervise MEP, HVAC, civil technicians, cleaners, and other maintenance staff
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Manage in-unit maintenance, renovation, and fit-out works
- Attend client meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare quotations, estimations, reports, and operational documentation
- Coordinate procurement, materials, and vendor management
- Monitor project deadlines, staff performance, and service quality
- Resolve technical issues promptly and ensure buildings remain operational and safe
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and civil systems
- Proven experience in managing residential and commercial properties
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation
- UAE driving license (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Management
- FM or HSE-related certifications (advantage)
