Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office facilities. The role involves ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace while managing vendors, infrastructure, and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate takes complete ownership of facilities operations and can operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities


Facility & Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee daily facility operations, including office maintenance, housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and utilities
  • Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, internet, and other infrastructure systems
  • Plan and manage office layout, seating arrangements, and space optimization

Vendor & Asset Management

  • Manage vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, transport, and other facility services
  • Negotiate contracts, track service levels, and ensure vendor compliance with SLAs
  • Maintain inventory of office assets, equipment, and consumables

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and building regulations
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, fire drills, and emergency preparedness activities
  • Act as the point of contact for audits, building management, and local authorities

Workplace Experience

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and employee-friendly office environment
  • Address facility-related employee concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Support internal events, meetings, and office initiatives as required

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage facility budgets and track operational expenses
  • Identify cost-optimization opportunities without compromising quality
  • Provide regular reports on facility operations, issues, and improvements


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4–7 years of experience in facility or workplace management
  • Strong knowledge of building operations, safety standards, and vendor management
  • Experience managing office facilities in tech, corporate, or high-growth environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
