Position Overview:
The North Texas Facilities Manager is responsible for performing all preventative day to day maintenance, minor repairs, preventative upkeep, and quick-response troubleshooting to ensure all North Texas locations remain safe, functional, and guest ready at all times.
The ideal candidate is flexible with availability, proactive, organized, professional in guest-facing environments, and comfortable traveling between multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Preventative Maintenance
Noticing early signs of equipment wear
Monitoring plumbing performance
Inspecting electrical components
Identifying sanitation risks early
Recognizing environmental changes
Replacing consumables and parts proactively
General Maintenance & Repairs
Treatment rooms and guest areas
Plumbing (non licensed repairs)
Electrical (non licensed repairs
Equipment and Appliances
Walls, Windows, Doors and Finishes
Safety and compliance repairs
Furniture and Fixtures
Facilities Support
Day to day minor repairs
Monthly scheduled detailed facility inspections
Monthly, quarterly and bi annual scheduled preventative maintenance
Able to travel between 8 spa locations within the DFW metroplex
Vendor and Operations Team Coordination
Experience & Requirements:
2+ years of handyman, facilities, or maintenance experience (multi-site experience preferred)
Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Comfortable working in guest-facing, wellness-focused environments
Professional, clean, and respectful demeanor
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Basic smartphone/computer skills for work orders and communication
Experience in maintaining and repairing facilities
HVAC technician certification is a plus
Flexible schedule with the ability to provide urgent support before and after business hours.
Compensation:
Salary Range - $75,000 - $90,000 Annually
