Facilities Manager / Building Services Engineer

Job Description

ANX Furniture Qatar is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager / Building Services Engineer to oversee our facilities and ensure a safe, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all building services and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all facilities.
• Ensure that all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems, are functioning efficiently.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and service contracts.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in facilities management or building engineering, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly wage: 45 -* 90 QAR* (commensurate with experience).
