Job Description:

Ranprecast Qatar is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Facilities Manager / Building Services Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all building services and facilities, promoting a safe and functional environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or building services engineering.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to optimize building performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with contractors for repairs and services.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on facility operations, budgets, and maintenance activities.
