Currently seeking a full-time Facilities Manager/Safety Officer to provide overall supervision and direction to the Facilities Department.

Position Highlights:

  • Hours: Flexible start/end times (6-8a to 3-5p)
  • Schedule: Full-time Monday-Fri, 40 hours/week
  • Location: All On With Life locations, but primarily in Ankeny, Iowa and Polk City, Iowa

Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager/Safety Officer include:

  • Maintaining buildings and grounds, including budgeting and planning for repairs, improvements, and new construction
  • Maintaining preventative maintenance programs, safety trainings and policies, emergency planning, and drill schedules
  • Monitoring safety and health regulations, including Life Safety Code and OSHA, and providing technical expertise to ensure compliance
  • Oversight of Facilities Staff, including hiring and evaluation
  • On-call for emergency maintenance-related situations only

Job Requirements of the Facilities Manager/Safety Officer Position:
