Facilities Operations Executive

About the Role:
Guardforce Facilities Management is expanding across the UAE and looking for a driven FM Executive who can help build our operations and client base. The role involves client handling, site surveys, preparing quotations, and managing operations once contracts are mobilised.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and prepare quotations/proposals.
- Handle client communication and operational coordination.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance service delivery.
- Support business development and assist in winning new FM contracts.
- Manage staff deployment and monitor service quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years UAE experience in Facilities Management, Cleaning, or Maintenance.
- Able to manage clients and operations independently.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Flexible to travel across UAE.
- UAE Driving Licence required.
- English required (Hindi/Tagalog/Arabic is a plus).
Package:
- Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 (depending on experience).
- Visa + Medical Insurance + Company Vehicle Provided + Fuel.
- 1% commission on net profit (first-year contract value) for each new client secured.
